Washington Mortgage Broker / Loan Officer 

We are a mortgage brokerage.  I have 20+ lenders I shop for every client to get them the best rate and fees.

As a broker, our rates and fees are lower than just about anyone.  So if someone wants the best deal, I’m your guy.  If someone wants to shop, I’m your guy, as with 30 lenders, I do it for them.

We can close most loans from start to finish in 15 days or sooner.  So we work quickly.  I work in the same office as my processor, so we get the files done and to the lender very quickly.

I believe everyone should know exactly what they’re getting and paying for with their mortgage.  It can be overwhelming, but I do a very good job of holding hands and helping people understand the process.

I work with any sort of buyer:

• First-time home buyers > enjoy working with them.  As rates have gone up and the market slowed a bit.  There’s more of an opportunity for them.

• Tough credit > I’m pretty good at guiding people on ways to improve their credit and help them get a mortgage

• Retiree’s > Enjoy this.  They are easy to work with in most instances

• People relocating to the area > I work with many buyers doing this. 

• Investor > We have some great investor loans

• Normal 30-60-year-old, W2 and Business owner.  I do these too

I like to say I'm a "Swiss Army Knife" sort of lender as I do many things others don't. We do a large variety of Non-QM​

• Asset depletion (use your 401K/other investment account, pre-retirement to, pad income and qualify) 

• Assets as income (allows people to use IRA/401K/Other assets to qualify with NO income)
